About the role
Ideally, weโre after someone with experience in a client-facing role within an integrated digital, comms, or content-led agency. Youโll be the reliable person your team can trust with anything and have a strong work ethic; love building strong client relationships; be prepared to roll up your sleeves and thrive on helping your team smash client objectives.
Youโll have a keen interest in areas such as SEO, Content Marketing, PR and Social Media – and have a specialism in at least one of these areas. Itโs important to have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset aligned with our WIRED values.
What you'll be doing
- Own day-to-day client relationships, ensuring work is prioritised and communicationsย are clear and timely. Itโs really important that youโre able to build a strong rapport and trust with key client contacts.
- Confidently interpret client briefs, challenge assumptions where needed, and support the creation of delivery plans.
- Oversee delivery of agreed activities, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and processes are met while maintaining scope discipline.
- Be prepared to turn your hand to delivery when needed to support your team.
- Feed into monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic direction.
- Collaborate across the agency, working with internal teams clearly and ensuring alignment across PR, content, digital, SEO, and creative disciplines.
- Proactively spot appropriate organic growth opportunities and collaborate on commercial recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including project scopes, updates within Asana and other agency tools as needed.
Here's some stuff you'll need
- Experience in a client-facing role within an agency-side or in-house environment (integrated digital, public relations, content marketing, or journalism).
- Strong account and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, including the confidence to manage difficult conversations and build mutually positive relationships.
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of scopes, profitability, and client budgets.
- An insight-led approach, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Be a team player, ready to roll your sleeves up and help your team deliver the very best for clients
Bonus points for any of the followingโฆ
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
- An understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO principles.
- Knowledge of tools to help inform and measure success, such as Google Analytics, Metricool, or BuzzSumo.
- Proficiency working within Google Workspace.

Weโll provide you with:
- Salary: ยฃ32,000 – ยฃ38,000 depending on experience
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays (increasing annually to a maximum of 30 days)
- Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office (3-4 days during induction)
